Delivery options

We ship to most areas in South Africa via our trusted courier, The Courier Guy, at a standard rate of R99. Postnet-to-postnet shipping is available for shipping to rural areas. 

FREE shipping on all orders over R1500 

Delivery time | 2-5 business days to main city centres (An additional 1-2 working days might be required for outlying areas) 

Free pick-up can be arranged from Melle Studio in Illovo, Johannesburg. 

We regret internationally shipping is currently not available.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us on info@melle-studio.co.za within 1-2 days of receiving your order. If the product is in its original condition, you may return it and we will offer a refund on your payment. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
